Valuation Management Service (VMS) provides the lending and valuation communities with an efficient, easy-to-use, secure, web based industry hub for the process of ordering, completing, reporting and invoicing a residential property valuation request.

Lending Institution Users have the ability to:

  • request a valuation, including full registered, restricted access and progress inspections
  • search and view existing valuations
  • approve fee changes and delay requests
  • monitor SLA infringements
  • manage preferred valuation firms
  • manage and generate invoices
  • view and download valuer
  • add notes
  • Valuation Firm Users have the ability to:

  • accept valuation orders
  • assign valuation orders to valuers
  • search and view existing valuations
  • request fee changes
  • submit delay requests
  • complete valuations
  • authorise valuations
  • upload reports
  • manage and generate invoices
  • add notes for the lender to view
  • Administrators have the ability to:

  • create new users
  • create new groups
  • assign users to groups
  • assign rights and functions to groups and users
  • enable/suspend user access
