General VMS Enhancement
Row highlight Functionality Row highlighting occurs when you pass the mouse over a row.
   
VMS Lender Enhancement
Valuer Movement Report New Report for Lenders to track Valuers which have been added/removed from VMS.
Email Notification A new Business Rule has been created to allow Lenders to receive email notifications for certain updates.
Rename of the Change Business Unit Button The 'Change Business Unit' button has been renamed to 'Business Unit'.
Valuations In Progress New screen to allow Lenders to view their current work in progress Valuations.
Fiordland VMS interface An interface between the Sandstone Fiordland Lending product and VMS has been created.
Report access for Valuers Lenders can now order reports for their panel of Valuers.
   
VMS Valuer Enhancement
Reports New tab allows Valuers to access certain system generated reports.
Print Button New print button on Task screen.

General VMS Enhancement
Search Screen Functionality The search screen has had some enhancements for search options and functionality.
Invoice Details The Invoice Details screen will now show summary details.
   
VMS Lender Enhancement
Generated Reports New screen allows Lenders to view generated reports
Valuer Management Minor changes have been made to the 'Add New Firm' screen. The 'Valaution Firm Details' screen will now display the Certificate of Currency details.
   
VMS Valuer Enhancement
My Contact Details New screen allows individual Valuers to maintain some of the details on the system.
Certificate of Currency New screen to facilitate the capture of the Certificate of Currency details for a Valuation Firm.
AAPI Classes of Membership A new field has been added to the 'Individual Valuer Details' screen. This will allow for a Valuer to capture their AAPI class of membership. The membership status will be displayed on the Valuation Summary Report.
   

1.6.2 (Released 22 July 2006)

Release Notes: Contact VMS Support for copy of detail.
  The Administrator User Id and password will only be allowed to access the VMS Administration area. If required, please issue a new user id and password to access the Lender / Valuer functional area.
   
General VMS Enhancement
Search Screen Functionality The search screen has had some changes to allow for viewing all search items found and not just returning a limited number.
User Maintenance Functionality The user maintenance screen will now show the first 20 users in a group. The user can then proceed to the next page if they wish to view the next page of users in the list.
Screen Layout Changes The changes have been made in order to improve the request /response screens for a Valuation.
User Administration allow a Lending Institution or a Valuation Firm to have more than one administrator – the new administrator is called a ‘Level 1 administrator’.
Review of Notes Added The new functionality captures the fact the note or valuation has been reviewed by storing the date and time.
   
VMS Lender Enhancement
Customisable Screen Flow Screens that can be customised for a Lending Institution (turned on or off) are only applicable to the following valuation types: Full, Restricted Access and Short Form.
Lender Fax Functionality This functionality has to be activated on the request of the lender. The functionality facilitates the faxing of Valuation Summary reports.
Lender Ad-Hoc Reports – A Lender can order a report for a frequency of ‘Once Only’ and specify a date range the report is to be generated for.

New performance and security features
For the Valuers – New token called ‘My Tasks Only’ – allows a Valuation firm administrator to allocate this token to a valuer. The valuer can then only view tasks related to them.
Valuer’s Report button – the behaviour for this button is now to bring the user into the Valuation Summary view and from here the user can select to view the valuer’s report.

1.4 (Released 18 Oct 2004)

Following is a list of changes and new functionality for this release.

   
New completion screens
The completion screens have been streamlined to better reflect the completion process. A confirmation screen has been added, providing easy review of a valuation and any attached reports before it is submitted. From the confirmation screen, the valuation details can also be printed.
For property and market risk ratings, a value of zero can now be selected to indicate an unknown or non-applicable rating.
   
Ordering full valuations from completed RAs
A full valuation can be ordered from any Completed or Finalised Restricted Access valuation. Selecting to 'Order Full' generates a new full valuation with the previous RA's details. Standardised fees can still be applied for these valuations.
A new type of standard fee, 'RA to Full' has been included to cater for this new feature.
Valuations ordered from an RA are linked to the previous valuation. Selecting to 'View RA' brings up the view screens of the original Restricted Access valuation.
   
Cancellation fees introduced
Upon requesting a cancellation of a valuation, the lender is prompted to specify a cancellation fee ranging from zero to the full fee amount. This brings the valuation into Awaiting Cancellation status. The valuer receives a task to 'Confirm Cancellation'. After reviewing the cancellation details, the valuer can either request a fee change to negotiate a new cancellation fee, or confirm the cancellation which brings the valuation into Cancelled status.
   
Other
A 'Valuers Report' button is now included in the action column for any valuations with an attached report. This provides direct viewing access to the valuers report.

1.3 (Released 17 Sept 2004)

Following is a list of changes and new functionality for this release.

   
New notification features
When a note is added, a 'To Review' task appears on both the lenders' and valuers' task list.
When a lender approves or rejects a fee change or delay request, a 'To Review' task appears on the valuers' task list.
When a note is added by a lender, an email notification is sent to the appropriate valuer (this behaves similarly to existing email notifications)
   
Presentation upgrades
In all view pages and the Valuation Summary screen, the placement of the Property and Market Risk Ratings have been reordered to be consistent with existing conventions.
All task descriptions have been renamed (e.g. "To Accept" is now "Accept").
The notes and history screens now reference the valuation property address in the header.
   
Other
A new lender user function, 'Cancel a completed valuation' has been added. If granted, it allows a lender to cancel a valuation even if it has already been inspected or completed. This caters for exceptional cases where a valuer completes a valuation in error, requiring the lending institution to dismiss it.
In order to complete a valuation, a valuer's market authorisation limit must not be less than both the 'Customer Estimate' (set upon request) and 'Estimated Market Value' (upon completion) of the valuation.
A 'Subject' field has been added for notes.
